Definition
Computer use is the ability of an AI system to operate a computer the way a person does — seeing the screen, then clicking, typing, scrolling, and opening apps. It lets a model act through normal on-screen interfaces instead of relying only on a programmer's API connection, so it can use tools that were built for humans.
