Definition
UCIe (Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express) is an industry standard for connecting multiple small chips, called chiplets, inside a single package. It lets designers mix and match parts — even from different vendors — into one processor, which speeds up innovation in AI accelerators and other advanced chips.
