Cloud Computing

Renting computing power and storage over the internet instead of owning the hardware.

Definition

Cloud computing is renting computing power, storage, and services over the internet from providers' data centers rather than owning the hardware yourself. Most AI training and large-scale serving run in the cloud because it offers on-demand access to expensive GPUs. It is the backbone of how most people use AI today.
