An add-on that steers a diffusion model with edge, pose, or depth conditioning.
Definition
ControlNet is a neural network that adds layout control to a pretrained image-making AI using guide signals such as outline drawings, stick-figure poses, distance maps, or region outlines. It copies part of the base model into a separate add-on that learns from the guide input while the original model is left untouched. This gives precise control over where things go in the picture without retraining the full model.
